Hate to be a party pooper, but my guess is it passes then dies with no action in the Senate. If it passes in the Senate, it will get vetoed. For whatever dumbass reason, Democrats have decided they are anti-crypto as a party. It is really pathetic and makes no sense IMO. Being anti-crypto does not win you votes.
